PayFlow offers services to convert mobile airtime to cash. By using this service, you acknowledge that:

• Airtime sent to numbers not provided by PayFlow is non-recoverable.
• Conversion rates are subject to change based on market conditions without prior notice.
• We strictly prohibit the conversion of stolen or fraudulently obtained airtime. Accounts suspected of such activity will be suspended immediately.

Service fees apply to withdrawals and bill payments. These fees are displayed clearly before you confirm any transaction.

PayFlow reserves the right to modify these fees at any time. Continued use of the service after fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new rates.

To comply with financial regulations (CBN/EFCC), we require users to verify their identity using a valid Government ID and BVN.

We reserve the right to limit or freeze accounts that have not completed the necessary KYC requirements.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
