Common Questions
Airtime verification usually takes 2-5 minutes. However, network delays can extend this to 30 minutes. If it exceeds 1 hour, please copy your Transaction ID and open a ticket.
For Tier 1 accounts, the limit is ₦20,000. Tier 2 is ₦100,000, and Tier 3 is Unlimited. You can upgrade your tier in the Settings page.
Transactions mostly fail due to network downtime from the bank or telecom provider. In such cases, your wallet is automatically refunded instantly.
